Melu Media is a marketing company based in Ōtautahi Christchurch, New Zealand. This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the services you are interested in and anything you write in the message box.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about working together. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it

The contact form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service.
Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

These providers may store information outside New Zealand.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. To do that, or to ask any question about this policy, email hello@melu.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
